yes you are right. But this doesn’t mean the authority should have the right to prevent female from doing massage to opposite sex. Some health spa can do illegal work in the name of spa. But police should have an eye over it. Madras HC has categorically said police have the right to inspect the spas and take appropriate action in accordance with law if find there any illegality.

what’s wrong with it? it should be allowed...if nurse(sisters) can do it for opposite sex..if male jawans(soldiers) can do rescue for opposite sex..then why massage will not be allowed??

absolutely yes. Bhaumik babu you have raised the right point. i agree with you. a dirty fish makes the water dirty, we should fish out that dirty fish out of water to keep the water clean and not the entire fish. freedom of people must not be curtailed or trampled. i agree with your points of view.
