Nothing is wrong in massage by opposite sex but what about the illegal works these massage parlors are engaged in the name of massage. From the high court's order it appears that police can't intervene in such cases. It will hamper the functioning of the police.

yes you are right. But this doesn’t mean the authority should have the right to prevent female from doing massage to opposite sex. Some health spa can do illegal work in the name of spa. But police should have an eye over it. Madras HC has categorically said police have the right to inspect the spas and take appropriate action in accordance with law if find there any illegality.
